Clinical Safety & Bio-Security Protocols
While insurance provides financial peace of mind, our daily safety protocols provide physical protection for your pets and your home. We follow hospital-grade standards to ensure every environment remains healthy.
-
Bio-Security & Sanitization: To prevent the transmission of avian or reptilian pathogens between households, we utilize strict hand-sanitization and shoe-disinfecting protocols. For medically fragile or immunocompromised patients, we utilize site-specific attire as required.
-
Double-Entry Safety: We implement a "Two-Door" rule for all high-flight-risk species (including birds and flighty cats) to ensure no pet has direct access to an open exit during our entry or departure.
-
Environmental Hazard Sweeps: Every visit begins with a "Safety Sweep" of the home to identify potential risks, such as chewed electrical cords, temperature fluctuations in enclosures, or unsecure locks.
-
Secure Key Management: Client keys are never labeled with identifying names or addresses and are stored in a dual-authenticated secure lockbox when not in use.
