Frequently asked questions

Do you post pictures of my pets on social media?

Yes, I love to share the adorable moments of the pets in my care! With your permission, I may take photos and videos of your pet(s) enjoying their time with me and post them on my company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, tiktok) and/or website for promotional purposes. I am always mindful of your privacy and will avoid showing identifying features of your home. You will have the opportunity to grant or decline this permission during our booking process. Your comfort and privacy are important to me!

Do you offer boarding at your home?

I am only able to provide boarding for birds, small mammals, and reptiles. Unfortunately, no dogs or cats at this time.

What does a typical visit include?

Each visit typically includes feeding and fresh water, potty breaks/litter box cleaning, playtime and exercise, administration of medications (if needed), and plenty of cuddles and attention! I also provide daily updates.

How do I book your services?

The first step is to book online with an online submission; I will reach out to you to further acquire details and set up a Meet & Greet with you and your animal family.

How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for peak seasons (holidays, summer, school breaks), as my availability fills up quickly. I will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Will you update me while I'm away?

Yes! I absolutely love sending updates to pet parents while they are away or sending a quick happy photo! I typically try to give one update a day on how everyone is doing in my care.

What if my trip is delayed?

Please notify me as soon as you are aware of any delays. I will continue to care for your pets for as long as needed, subject to availability, and my regular rates will apply.
