As the owner and sole operator of The Critter Keeper LLC, I understand that unexpected situations can sometimes arise. To best manage my schedule and ensure I'm compensated fairly for my time and the commitment I make to each pet, I've established the following cancellation guidelines: 

Cancellation Policy:

I kindly request that you provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel scheduled pet sitting services. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Standard Pet Sitting (Daily Visits, Walks, etc.):
  
  
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service start time will not incur a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service start time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

• Overnight/Extended Stays:
  
  
  • Cancellations made more than 3-7 days prior to the scheduled service start time will not incur a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made by 2 days prior to the scheduled service start time will be charged 25% of the total scheduled service fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service start time will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service fee.

Exceptions:

• I understand that emergencies can happen. In the event of a documented emergency, I will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive cancellation fees at my discretion.

• All cancellations must be communicated to The Critter Keeper LLC via email to thecritterkeeperllc@gmail.com or reaching out via phone:
• (805) 823-3199 (text or call). Please leave a detailed message if I miss your call. 
• Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

By booking services with The Critter Keeper LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
