3. Custom Fulfillment & Processing

  • Made to Order: Our merchandise is custom-printed and fulfilled individually upon ordering.

  • Processing Times: Standard production takes approximately 7-10 business days before shipping. This timeline may vary during high-volume or holiday seasons.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Address Accuracy: The buyer is strictly responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot modify shipping details once an order has entered production.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not liable for shipping delays, packages lost in transit, or items marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • All Sales Final: Because items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.

  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you must notify us via email within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the defect. Verified defects will be replaced at no additional cost.
